Menu Goat

What's on the menu?

Photograph any menu, anywhere, and get every dish explained in your own language — what it is, what's in it, and what's worth ordering.

Built for the table you're sitting at

You're in a country whose language you don't read and the waiter is waiting. Point the camera at the page. No typing, no sign-up, no chat — just the menu, explained.

How it works

  1. Photograph the menu, or pick a screenshot from your photos.
  2. Add up to five pages for a long menu — they're read together as one.
  3. Get clean dish cards: the name in your language, the original as printed, and a plain-language explanation.

Any menu, in your language

Japanese, Greek, Thai, Arabic, Portuguese — Menu Goat reads any of them, and explains dishes back to you in fifteen languages, picking your phone's language on its own. Names in non-Latin scripts are transliterated so you can pronounce them — or just point at the screen.

Nothing is stored

Your menu photos are processed as they pass through and never kept. There's no account, no photo history, and no tracking. Read the privacy policy.
